Michelle is a Goodrich native who has spent the majority of her life as a Grand Blanc resident before recently moving to Fenton, MI.

She enjoys family boating, home improvement projects and interior design. She is married to her awesome husband and business partner Rick, and a proud mother of three amazing adult kids.

Michelle has three years of Real Estate experience within Keller Williams and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Helene Saldana

Helene has been married to her husband for 32 years. They met while in college, where Helene majored in psychology. She has 4 daughters and 4 grandkids. Currently, she lives in a 100-year-old home, which she is always remodeling. She loves being outdoors, walking and decorating. However, her greatest love and joy in life are her faith and family

Helene is a former business owner, but when she decided to go back to work after raising a family, she knew real estate was her passion. She has lived in several areas, making her familiar with the markets in Oakland and Genesee counties. Her love of design and architecture gives her the ability to assist in staging a home and getting it ready to sell at top dollar. Helene is truly dedicated to helping people find a home that is the absolute best fit for them. Helene’s granddaughter is a three-time pediatric cancer survivor and has been the recipient of many charitable organizations. She has a business degree with a marketing major from one of Sweden’s most prominent Business and Law universities and speaks 5 languages.

Marleine is married to her amazing husband Jim and they have 3 sons and a dog. She loves cooking and baking, spending time outdoors with her sons, and traveling and visiting new places.

Stacy Pillera

Stacy Pillera is born and raised in Michigan. She grew up in Sterling Heights and moved to Grand Blanc over 16 years ago to start and raise her family and resides there today. A graduate from Oakland University with a B.A. in Arts she started her career in the mortgage industry and worked hard to become one of the top producing mortgage bankers in the state.

Stacy loves helping people through hard work, dedication, loyalty, and communication. Her clients are an extension of her family and everyone is treated as such. She is a devoted wife and mom of 3 boys. She is a fitness junkie and loves anything that gets her active. She is a certified group fitness instructor and teaches classes such as boot camp, spin, and HIIT to name a few. Her favorite thing to do on her offtime is mountain biking; her favorite trails are Holdridge Trails in Holly, MI.

Stacy and her husband are small business owners in Holly. They understand the importance of community and giving back and is why she loves being a part of the team at REFAC.
